This method can be done even when it is raining for being equipped under shelter. It is low-cost for equipment. That needs spaces to equip and it requires manpower for grain spreading and collecting. It is difficult to be dried the lower part of the grain and can get the smell of smoke as the hot air from burning rice husk is directly given. This method cant control moisture.
It is used to be dried the harvested grain.
The hot air of burning rice husk is used.
The humidity of harvested grain is usually between 30% to 20%.
But it is limited to 14% in Myanmar.
Grain Drying Process should be made immediately.
Otherwise, the quality of grain will be dropped and insects will be alive.
It is using the system that dries with the hot air from burning rice husk for the rotating grain continuously within the machine.
The system doesn't make drying the grain continuously, but it contains a part that can check the dryness quality instantly in drying process time.
This method is low-cost and needs wide spaces to spread the grain. It requires the manpower to spread the grain and to collect. However, it cant be dried when it rains. It is difficult to be dried the lower part of the grain and it is easy to damage grain for quick dry.
